Arrington introduces balanced budget amendment

This past week, Rep. Jodey C. Arrington, Chairman of the House Budget Committee,and Sen. Mike Braun, from Indiana, introduced the Business Cycle Balanced Budget Amendment (BCBBA), legislation requiring the federal government to balance its budget and reign in out-of-control spending.
