Regulations comment, Grassland Incentive deadlines nearing
CHANGES MAY BE COMING--Headlining the proposed changes in hunting regulations is a proposed major shift in turkey hunting regulations. TPWD proposes to change annual turkey bag limits to only gobblers and bearded hens in counties where either sex is currently allowed for wild turkey hunting. Also in proposed upland bird hunting changes would be simplifying regulations by aligning chachalaca and quail hunting seasons.
