HHS senior Max Hedrick spent summer time as ambassador

CHURROS CON CHOCOLATE--While Texas 4-Hers including Max Hedrick may have already known their home state version of churros, they enjoyed the culinary treat dipped in chocolate while visiting Spain.
HALLO--MY NAME IS INIGO--NO, MAX--Max Hedrick and fellow Texas 4-Hers had the unusual experience of visiting a sword factory while serving as 4-H ambassadors to Spain. Though tempting, no sword play was involved.
BE A LAMB, HAVE SOME CHEESE--Max Hedrick joins fellow Texas 4-Hers in tasting a sample of cheese made from ewe milk. The Texas visitors found little beef on the menu-even burgers were made with pork patties, but they did sample a gourmet version of Iberian jamones, the leg of ham from Iberian pigs.
