The West Texas A&M University rodeo team ended a successful season qualifying one to advance to the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association finals.
Hayden Cape, a senior agribusiness major from Earth, Texas, placed second in the Southwest Region as a team roping heeler to earn a ticket to the finals in Casper, Wyoming, June 11-19.
