For Week 2 of Terrific Tuesdays, the group of youth ‘traveled’ to Australia and made and enjoyed Fairy Bread, a down under snack as well as reading a book about a kangaroo. At right, Castro 4Her Spencer Acker assisted participants in making their snacks. Last week at Terrific Tuesdays, held at Rhoads Memorial Library, participants made boomerangs to take home and fly. Castro County Extension agent, Felice Acker and Castro 4-Her Jaycee Cantrell (above) assisted with the project.
