Two individuals were arrested last Thursday and charged with injuring a 10month baby girl.
According to court documents, McLayne Hall, 28, and Cotton Nicole Newbrough, 24, were arrested and taken into custody.
A police report shows Newbrough is the child’s biological mother and Hall was in a relationship with Newbrough but is not the child’s father.
