The 11th Annual Highway to Hell*O*Terlingua chili cookoff is scheduled for Sept. 30 and will be held at Dimmitt Recreation and Country Club. It is hosted by the Pink Ladies who in the past have been able to donate proceeds in the thousands to support the Dimmitt Volunteer Fire Department.
