The National Transportation Safety Board released a preliminary report on the tragic June 14 plane crash in Cochran County involving two crop duster planes that collided in midair while working over a cotton field.
Identified by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), Pilot Philip Kitten was pronounced dead at the scene and pilot Jeremy Williams was injured.
