Cheryl Ann (Pevehouse) Hoover, 60, passed away on Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, in Lubbock, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born on March 24, 1960 in Hart, Texas to the late Nathan Pevehouse and Frankie Ann Davis Pevehouse. She was a graduate of Dimmitt High School in 1978.

She enjoyed writing, sketching, playing games online, dominoes, genealogy and her cats.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son, Terry Dalton Myers Jr.; daughters Amy Hinkle and husband Matt, and Jennifer Pruneda; two brothers, Charles “Chuck” Pevehouse and Danny Pevehouse; sister, Ronda Cooksey; and dear friend Max Watts. She is also survived by grandchildren, Jacob Myers, Kamren Carrizales, Matthew Johnson, Willa Ruth Myers, Hannah Carrizales, Alyssa Covington-Pruneda, Terry Christopher Myers, Aurora Pruneda, Katelynn Pruneda, Abcd Pruneda, Madison Hinkle, Melody Hinkle and Mason Hinkle; and numerous other beloved relatives and friends.
