Sharon Kay Miller, 64 of Ruidoso, New Mexico, formerly of Dimmitt, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021, in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Sept. 13, at Colonial Funeral Home with Kelly Moore officiating. Services are under the care of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt, Texas.
Sharon was born Nov. 23, 1956, in Dimmitt, to Harold and Jo (Baccus) Miller. Sharon attended school in Dimmitt graduating with the class of 1975. After high school, Sharon moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech graduating in May of 1980 with a bachelors in Home Economics. Sharon then moved to Ruidoso, New Mexico working as a Nutritionist for WIC retiring in 2015.
Sharon had a fond love for watching Texas Tech sports, and was a collector of many other things, Sharon loved to attend class reunions and loved to travel and to socialize with people.
Sharon leaves behind her fur babies Boo Boo and JJ; a special friend, William (Bill) Scott; and a host of friends.
