The Dimmitt Bobbies narrowly lost to the Lamesa Golden Tornadoes, 57-51.
Dimmitt led in the first quarter, 17-7, but the Lamesa offense came on strong in the second quarter, taking the lead 32-25.
The Bobbies offense struggled in the third quarter slipping further behind, 42-29, but battled in the fourth quarter to narrow the Lamesa lead to 57-51, giving the Golden Tornadoes the victory.
Bobbies top shooters were Michele Ontiveros, 24 points; Fabiola Perez six points, JC Sepeda, five points; Kaylee Lujan, three points; and Alyssa Monreal, two points.
