The Dimmitt Bobcats fell to the Littlefield Wildcats on Saturday, 11-7.
Littlefield pushed out ahead by five runs in the first inning to the Bobcats three, and added another three in the second inning and again in the third, with Dimmitt scoring four runs in the third, fourth, fifth and seventh innings.
Jose Medina had four at bats, one run and one hit; Edwin Macias, three at bats, one run, one walk and three strikeouts; Mario Lopez, four at bats, one run, four hits, one RBI, one walk and three strikeouts; Juan Amina, three at bats, one run, one walk and two strikeouts; Ga’Quorie Chatham, four at bats, two runs four hits and two RBIs; Jorge Pena, four at bats, one run, two hits and two RBIs; Daegan Robertson, three at bats, one run and one strikeout; Isaiah Sifuetes, three at bats and two strikeouts; and Jaden Rodriguez, two at bats, one walk and one strikeout.
Losing pitcher was Mario Lopez who threw 16 strikes in 29 pitches, surrendered four hits, five runs and two walks. Edwin Macias threw 54 strikes in 93 pitches with five strikeouts, surrendering six hits, six runs and two walks.
