The Nazareth Tennis athletes are headed for Regionals with some solid first and second place wins in District competition.

In mixed doubles matches, Carson Heiman and Harley Gerber placed first and Luke Schulte and Iris Schilderink came in second. Both teams qualified for Regionals.

The boys doubles competition saw the team of Luke Betzen and Trent Gerber placed first and Chance Hockstein and Tye Schulte place second. Both teams qualified for Regionals.

Bliss Betzen and and Tatum Peterson (qualifiers) placed second in girls doubles.

Naz girls singles player Lanna Quigley (qualifier) came in with a second place.

In boys singles, Tanner Wethington places third and Jayden High placed fourth.

Other Nazareth tennis players Chloe Birkenfeld (girls singles), Brooklyn Dyer and Clementine Myrick (girls doubles) played some great matches.

The Regional meet will be held in Levelland on April 26-27.
