The Nazareth Swiftettes captured another district win against the Lazbuddie Ladyhorns, 77-8.

The Swiftettes offensive and defense dominated the game, holding the Lazbuddie squad to eight points for all four quarters, while Naz shooters racked up big points starting off with a 20-point lead in the first quarter.

The Swiftettes shot for 35 of 55 field goals with five of 15 three-pointers, four of six free throws, collected 34 rebounds, 27 assists, 16 steals and seven fouls.

Tops shots for the Swiftettes were Brooklyn Birkenfield with 16 points, four offensive rebounds, one defensive rebound and one steal; Iris Schilderink, 14 points, one offensive rebound, five defensive rebounds, two steals and one fouls; and Tatum Peterson with 10 points, three offensive rebounds, five defensive rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Contributing shooters were Presley Wheeler, nine points, one defensive rebound, six assists, one steal and one foul; Harley Gerber, seven points, one defensive rebound, three assists, one steal and one foul; EmersonMoore,fivepointsand one offensive and defensive rebound; Brooklyn Dyer, five points, one offensive rebound, two assists and two steals; Chloe Birkenfeld, five points, three assists and one foul; Riley Ramaekers, two points, three offensive rebounds, one defensive rebound, five assists, one steal and one foul; Clementine Myrick, two points, three defensive rebounds, and one assist; and Caroline Myrick, two points, one defensive rebound, two assists, three fouls and two fouls.

The Swiftettes will play their final district game against Happy at home on Feb. 7 and head into that game undefeated in district competition. Playoffs for Bi-District begin for the Swiftettes on Feb. 13-14, with Area set for Feb. 16-18.
