The Nazareth Swifts claimed a victory over the Lubbock HS Westerners on Friday, 54-45.
The Swifts took the lead in the first quarter, outscoring the Westerners by seven points, 17-10.
Nazareth maintained their lead in the second quarter and went into halftime ahead of Lubbock, 25-16.
The Westerners battled in the third quarter, but Naz held on to their lead, 36-26....
