Swifts gain new head football coach

Nazareth sports will see a new coach in action with the arrival of Tyler Goodwin.

Coach Goodwin graduated from Texas Tech University with a wildlife and ranch management degree and later enter an online teaching certification school to acquire a teaching certification.

Goodwin will be the head football and baseball coach, as well as an assistant basketball coach. He arrives to NISD after teaching and coaching in Littlefield.

Goodwin grew up south of Snyder in Ira, Texas where his father is the head football and baseball coach.

Married for two years, he and wife Brayden are expecting a daughter in February.
