The Vega Lady Longhorns knocked off the Dimmitt Bobcats 25-16, 25-14, 25-10 Saturday at home. With the loss, Dimmitt drops to 0-2 on the season. The Bobcats host West Texas in a non-district bout today.

The Hart community comes together as one to celebrate the Longhorns and Ladyhorns as they prepare for the upcoming school year. The community gathered to show school pride, honor the Hart ISD alma mater, and lift up students, coaches, teachers and staff in prayer as they begin a new school year.

Four Nazareth FFA members competed in the TCFA commercial steer contest last week and their hard work over the summer months paid off.
