Mrs. Yvonne Fifer was honored with a retirement reception on May 22nd after 48 years of inspiring teachers and students. Family, friends, past students and fellow educators gathered to celebrate as she stepped into the next stage of her life. As a counselor for Tulia ISD her influence on the school and community has been huge and will be greatly missed.
