JEANETTE’S VIGNETTES

Week of September 28, 2026 I came to Dallas last weekend to stay with the girls while Jonna is in Orlando for a work trip. The morning that I left Tulia, it was in the 70’s. The drive was very nice. It was so great to have some relief from the hot weather that we have been having.

THE IDLE AMERICAN

Members of Dallas’ First Assembly of God Church could hardly have realized what a dynamic duo they called to lead them beginning in February, 1998.Right alongside Rev. Thomas (Tom) Myers McMahan was the former Linda Diane Featherston.

THE BIBLE SAYS

Apostle Paul said, “The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself in love.” There is a difference between believing in God and actually living as though we believe in Him.
