The Dimmitt Bobcats competed at the Vega basketball tournament this past weekend and came in with one win and two losses. Bobcats v Fritch11/30 The Bobcats lost their first game against Sanford-Fritch, 59-49.

The Dimmitt Bobcats defeated the Olton Mustangs 52-44 on Nov. 28. The Bobcats took an early lead in the first quarter, 15-5 and continued to outshoot the Mustangs in the second quarter, closing the first half out 33-19.

Nazareth Tournament

Nazareth held its annual basketball tournament this past weekend. Seminole took the championship in the girls division, and Shallowater claimed the honors in the boys division.
