The Hart Junior High tennis team competed at the District 4-1A meet. Dael Longoria and Elizabeth Carrasco placed 3rd in mixed doubles. In girls’ doubles, Yalexii Cisneros and Mia Longoria placed 3rd, and Sadie Carrasco and Camila Perez placed 4th. Savannah Corrales placed 2nd in girl’s singles, and Avram Morales is the boy’s singles champion.

Nazareth Kayle Rogers qualified for the Texas UIL State Track Meet by placing second in the Shot Put event this past weekend at the Regionals competition held at South Plains College. Coming in just shy of qualifying for state was Maddie Brockman who place third in the 400-meter dash.
