This past weekend, 60 amazing CTE students from Hereford High School represented Hereford High School at the SkillsUSA Texas District 3 competition. They competed across three major categories: Skilled & Technical Occupational Leadership With 20-plus different contests — and several students competing in more than one event — their dedication and hard work truly paid off. More than 45 students brought home awards from the event.

Ramirez makes University of Nebraska Dean’s List
HELPING OUT
Hereford High School’s Izak Dominguez competed at the Andrews Track meet Friday and came away with a second place finish in the 110-meter-hurdles and a third place finish in the 300-meter-hurdles behind only athletes from 6A Midland Legacy. The full Herd track team will be in action Friday in Plainview.
