LIGHTNING STRIKES THRICE--Ross Gomez of Post landed 14.74-pound ShareLunker 685 January 22 — the exact same Legacy Class fish he had caught on two previous occasions. Gomez brought her in the first time as Share-Lunker 641 in 2023, then ShareLunker 674 in 2025 and now ShareLunker 685. He caught the bass in the same general location each time on Lake Alan Henry at Justiceburg.

Great results in Dallas for Hereford High School welding students. Three welding students competed at Universal Technical Institute. Results from the competition were: 1st Place – Kevin Garcia, $7,000 scholarship; 5th Place – Emiliano Garcia, $2,000 scholarship and 7th Place – Diego Gonzalez, $2,000 scholarship
