Nazareth Swifts’ fans went home happy Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the O'Donnell Eagles 70-48 in a predistrict battle Friday night.With the win, Nazareth advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Swifts travel to Whitharral to take on the Panthers tomorrow night.

Nazareth’s Cameron Pohlmeier had quite a game Friday against Valley.Pohlmeier had 322 rushing yards and eight touchdowns in a runaway Swifts victory, 84-50.The Nazareth Swifts look to improve on its 2025 football season with a game against O’Donnell set for Friday on the road beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The Dimmitt Bobbies took second place overall last week in the Oil Patch Invitational in Sundown.The varsity girls took second place overall in varsity competition. Damaris Alfaro placed fifth overall, and Frida Madrigal also placed in the top10 with a 10th-place finish.
