Jan. 12

Jasper Joseph Church, 38 of Stratford, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Sherman County.

Jan. 13

Marco Antonio Martinez, 50 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Theft over $750-under $2,500.

Jan. 16

Carson Gregory Northcutt, 17 of Tulia, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Swisher County.

Jeremy Camarino Gamez, 33 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for DWI with Open Container.

Fedrico Ezar Dominguez, 36 of San Antonio, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over 1 gramunder 4 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jan. 17

Oscar Gallegos, 31 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Interference with Emergency Request for Assistance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jan. 22

Edi Alberto Lujan, 44 of Hart, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Deadly Conduct.

242nd DISTRICT COURT Kregg Hukill, presiding judge

Judgments for Jan. 20: Jesus Xavier Hernandez, 23 of Dimmitt, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-State Jail plus fines and court costs.
