March 23

Gino Garcia, 28 of Littlefield, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 over 4 grams-under 400 grams and Possession of Marijuana over 2 ounces-under 4 ounces.

Alexis Samaria Garcia, 26 of Littlefield, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 over 4 grams-under 400 grams and Possession of Marijuana over 2 ounces-under 4 ounces.

March 25

Garvy Courtney, 28 of Tulia, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 under 1 gram-Drug Free Zone and Possession of a Dangerous Drug-Drug Free Zone.

Yolanda Rochlev, 30 of Tulia, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Unlawful Carrying a Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 under 1 gram-Drug Free Zone.

March 26

Ulysses Lopez, 19 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Minor in Possession of Tobacco Product and on a Deaf Smith County warrant for Racing on Highway.

Gabriel Morales, 17 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Minor in Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage and Minor in Possession of Tobacco Product.

March 27

Asencion Vargas Jr., 51 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More.

Zander Lee Davis, 17 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces; Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution; Unlawful Carrying a Weapon; Possession of a Dangerous Drug; and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams.

Noah Delbert Davis, 20 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces; Failure to Identify Fugitive from Justice; Unlawful Carrying a Weapon; Possession of a Dangerous Drug; and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams and a warrant for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.

Birtie Louise Hardwick, 32 of Dumas, Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces; Failure to Identify Fugitive from Justice; Unlawful Carrying a Weapon; Possession of a Dangerous Drug; and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams; Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility; Tampering with Physical Evidence; and a warrant for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.

Roberto Guerrero, 25 of Lockney, was booked into jail for inmate housing for Floyd County.

March 28

Arthur Lee Rodriguez, 31 of Lubbock, was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for Driving While Intoxicated with Child under 15 years of age; Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces; Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams; No Driver’s License; and a warrant for Assault causes Bodily Injury.

March 29

Yasmin Aidaly Marin, 24 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.

Roy Lynn Bradley, 49 of Tulia, was booked into jail to serve out his jail sentence after County Court.

Pedro Hernan Hernandez, 38 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Driving While License Invalid and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.

Judgments for March 29:

Pearl Lopez, 57 of Hart, pleaded guilty to the original charge of False Report to a Peace Officer. Her plea of guilt was set aside and she was placed on one (1) year of Deferred Adjudication Probation, $500 fine, $173 court costs, and $50 Crime Line Fee.

Roy Lynn Bradley, 49 of Tulia, pleaded true to violations of his probation on the original charge of Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail plus fines and court costs. He also pled guilty to the original charge of Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail and $350 court costs.
