st Tuesday morning, the City of Nazareth became the 39th city in the nation to pass an ordinance outlawing abortion within their city limits. The unanimous 3-0 vote took place at Nazareth City Hall where every chair was occupied.
Presenting the ordinance was area resident Jeanie Birkenfeld, Mark Lee Dickson with Right to Life of East Texas, and Jim Baxa with West Texas For Life.
