Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas dropped its appeal last Thursday against the City of Lubbock challenging its ordinance as a sanctuary city for the unborn.
An “unopposed motion to dismiss” was filed on the basis that the appeals case was not that far along stating that “no briefs have yet been filed in this appeal”.
