Jury selection began Monday for the former co-owner of the bankrupt Reagor-Dykes Auto Group trial. Opening statements were expected to begin on Tuesday.
Bart Reagor was indicted in April on two counts of bank fraud and one count of lying to the bank. He is accused of diverting over $1.7 million in business bank loans to personal accounts. Reagor pleaded not guilty.
