Texas has seen a rise in gas prices as the restrictions are lifted across the state.
In the South Plains and Panhandle areas gas prices have risen some. The current average price for some cities is: Dimmitt - $2.69; Lubbock – $2.54 to $2.57; Amarillo - $2.49 to $2.56; Levelland - $2.39 to $2.66; and Hereford -- $2.53 to $2.59, though these can inch up a few cents on a given day....
