Sept. 28
Jose Angel Aguero Jr., 28 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility; and Operate Unregistered Motor Vehicle.
Sept. 30
Adam Saucedo Jr., 20 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Victor Mata, 39 of Floydada, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Floyd County.
Oct. 2
Jose Alverto Melendez, 28 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Member.
Oct. 4
Rosell Deleon, 29 of Olton, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Lucas Raymond Bloch, 22 of Lubbock, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over 4 grams-under 400 grams and Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.
Joe Silas Escamilla, 26 of Lubbock, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over 4 grams-under 400 grams.
Oct. 6
Sergio Nevarez Saenz, 34 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Adrian Lance Luna, 32 of Lockney, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Floyd County.
Oct. 8
Jorge Enrique Martinez, 22 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and DWLI with Previous Conviction.
Oct. 9
Victor Daniel Lopez, 29 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Potter County warrant for Theft.
Oct. 10
Omar Rodriguez-Rodriguez, 33 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for No Driver’s License and No Insurance.
Jesus Xavier Hernandez, 22 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram and on-site for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Oct. 11
Manuel Osbaldo Alanis Hernandez, 33 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Public Intoxication.
Ignacio Tiulcoc, 27 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for DWI 1st Offense and Fleeing from Police Officer.
Savannah Gonzales, 17 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Assault.
CASTRO COUNTY COURT
Carroll Gerber, presiding Judge Judgments for Sept. 29:
Manuel Ricardo Rodriguez, 46 of Dimmitt, pleaded guilty to the original offense of Failure to Identify. He was sentenced to 25 days in jail and $280 court costs.
Damian Martinez, 39 of Dimmitt, pleaded guilty to the charge of DWI 2nd Offense. His plea of guilt was set aside and was placed on two (2) years of Deferred Adjudication Probation, $700 fine, $395 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee, $60 restitution to the Texas DPS Crime Lab and Attorney Fees.
242nd DISTRICT COURT
Kregg Hukill, presiding judge Judgments for Sept. 30:
Jose Luis Flores Jr., 29 of Dimmitt, pleaded guilty to the original offense of DWI 3rd or More. He was sentenced to 7 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division but the sentence was suspended and he was placed on four (4) years of probation, $2000 fine, court costs, $60 restitution to the Texas DPS Crime Lab, $50 Crime Line Fee, $500 Attorney Fees and 320 hours of community service.
