The funeral service for Mrs. Patricia Ann Crooks, age 85, of Lufkin, Texas was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 24, 2021, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl DeLozier of Friendship, LA officiating. Interment followed in Restland Memorial Park near Carthage.

Edgar Dennis was born on Feb. 12, 1937, in the home on the family farm outside of Dimmitt, Texas. He passed away, at the age of 84 on May 11, 2021 in Dimmitt. He was a lifelong resident of Dimmitt and Castro County.

Mary Ruth Braddock, 78 of Timpson, Texas, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2021, in Timpson, Texas. She was born on Nov. 19, 1942 in Amarillo, Texas, to the late Edgar Hugh and Ruth Hanson (Parker) Griffin. A memorial service will be planned at a later date. Mary grew up in Amarillo.
