Guardianship Process: For Better or Worse

A lawyer’s job can often be defined as “we help people fix problems that they tried to solve themselves and couldn’t.” Folks come into our offices and tell us what’s going on and then we explain to them how we can help. It breaks my heart when I have to say, “I’m sorry, but I can’t help you.

The South Plains and southern Panhandle region was subject to haze due to two wildfires in and around the Ruidoso, New Mexico area this week, and can expect more the fires progress, according to the National Weather Service.
