Well, the governor’s office and Texas politicians are cheering for the so-called “Constitutional Carry” bill that should be signed soon and put into law. My opinion is that it has so many restrictions and lacks real “teeth and spine.” Take for instance the fact that it can’t stop the federal government from running rampage – like the ATF – should they come up with a reason to descend on a citizen.
