Hart ISD announces changes for upcoming school year

Hart ISD announced there will be several changes concerning student drop off, lockers and cell phones and the dress code.Elementary students will be dropped off at the cafeteria where breakfast will be served from 7:40 to 8:15 a.m. Students will be counted as tardy if arriving after 8 a.m.

Trade negotiations extended to Aug. 1

Secretary Scott Bessent announced the deadline had been extended as the U.S. continues to work out trade deals. The tariffs were set to revert to the April 2 levels established by the Trump administration if new trade deal agreements were not reached by Aug. 1.
