Swisher-Briscoe Retired School Personnel held their annual Brunch to open the 20262027 year.Tom Davey hosted the gathering in his backyard.Attendees received information from Doneice Ray, District Legislative Chairman and from Gwyn Ann Shannon, local president.

The Swisher County Historical Commission held its first joint meeting with the Swisher County Museum and Archives board on Thursday, September 3rd at the Tulia Depot. A business meeting was held that included information from both groups previous meetings.
