Swifts win regional quarterfinals

The Nazareth Swifts won their two games against Borden County this past week, 15-3 and 11-1, and will advance to play Claude in the semifinal round in a double header this Thursday at Hodgetown in Amarillo. The first game begins at 6 p.m. ; with the second following 30 minutes after game 1.

Swifts take 6-2 victory over New Home

In advance of the Region 1 baseball playoffs, the Nazareth swifts won a victory over New Home, 6-2. The Swifts drew a bye in the bi-district round and advanced directly to the regional quarterfinals beginning on Thursday. They will face Borden County.
