Following an impressive performance at the third West and Panhandle North League Meet, Nazareth FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics teams 16617 and 18570 rose to first and second place. Team 16617 is going on year threes in FTC and is comprised of six upperclassmen.

Sheriff presents profiling report to commissioners

Castro County Sheriff Sal Rivera presented the annual Racial Profiling Report at Commissioners Court on Monday. Sheriff Rivera said in summary, there were no complaints of racial profiling in the county and the break down on the census information places the Hispanic/Latino population at 65.
