UT Austin lowers auto admissions

The University of Texas at Austin reported it will be cutting down the number of top Texas high school students automatically admitted to UT from 6 percent to 5 percent in 2026.

The Nazareth Swifts overwhelmed the Silverton Owls and scored a big win 54-0 on Sept. 12.The Swifts scored 27 points in the first quarter., to take the lead 27-0.

The Hart Longhorns fell to the Whitharral Panthers this past Friday 56-12 in a nonleague Passing leaders for the Longhorns were Jayden Juzzano with five completions of five attempts for 80 yards and one touchdown; and Noah Marin with five of 12 attempts for 75 yards.
