To mark National Hunting and Fishing Day on Sept. 24, Lawn Love ranked 2022’s Best and Worst States for Fishing.

Tony Fisher scored a ‘Hole in One’ at the #2 Hole at Dimmitt Recreation & Golf on Sept. 20.

The Nazareth school and community have been busy with homecoming week activities. The theme for homecoming week included jersey, celebrity, stereotype, class color wars and blue and gold.

The Hart Longhorns came in with big win over the Rule Bobcats this past Friday, 62-52 Hart took charge in the first quarter, scoring a touchdown on a Rule fumble that was recovered by Longhorns Noah Marin, putting the Hart squad up 6-0.

The Nazareth Swifts beat the Groom Tigers in a highscoring game this past Friday, 71-58. In the first quarter, Groom put points on the board with a 66-yard return, to take the lead, 6-0.

The Hart Longhorns scored a big victory against the Gutherie Jaguars this past Friday, 68-18. Hart got the action underway with a touchdown in the first quarter, with an Ely Hernandez 5-yard run, and an extra point on a kick by Draven Dominguez, to put Hart in the lead 8-0.
