The Nazareth Swiftettes claimed an easy win over the Channing Lady Eagles, 98-11. Nazareth jumped out ahead in the first quarter 26-2 and continued to hit from the field and widen their lead in the second quarter, closing the first half out, 52-6.
The Nazareth Swiftettes captured a big victory over the Texline Lady Tornados, 68-19. The Swiftettes jumped out front with a big lead in the first quarter, 25-2, and continued to widen the gap in the second quarter, holding Texline to a mere eight points and closing the first half out ahead, 37-8.
The Nazareth Swiftettes were victorious over the Lubbock Christian Lady Eagles, 46-38. The Swiftettes took the lead in the first quarter, 15-9, and continued to advance in the second quarter to close the first half out ahead, 25-15.
The Hart Ladyhorns racked up a third game on a winning streak, beating the Lazbuddie Lady Longhorns, 40-27. Hart also defeated Amherst and Cotton Center as they make a push to clinch a spot in the playoffs.
Castro County AgriLife Extension office released the upcoming schedule for agricultural conferences that will be held in January, February, and March for area producers. Most of the January conferences will be held via Virtual Zoom Meeting, so farmers and ranchers can attend from the comfort of their home and not have to travel.
