The Dimmitt Bobcats fell to the Nazareth Swifts, 7-2. The Bobcats came in with a run in the first inning. The Swifts battled back and scored two runs in the third inning, with Dimmitt coming in with one run, to tie the game up 2-2.

DHS sophomore CJ Willey came in with a great performances at the Bobcat Relays on Friday, winning the 110 meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles, as well as placing second in high jump. DHS senior Haylie Nino ran second in the 800M and 1600M. DHS junior Jordan Garcia ran second in the 3200M run.

The Dimmitt Bobbies competed in the Ralls Lady Rabbit Softball Tournament March 4-6. JC Sepeda was selected as Dimmitt’s Team Player for the tournament. The Dimmitt Bobbies got off to a rough start in the first game of the tournament, falling to the Abernathy Lady Antelopes, 23-3.

The Dimmitt Bobbies played well but lost to the River Road Road Lady Cats, 12-9 The first inning saw both teams coming in with two runs each. River Road pushed out a head in the second inning with four runs.
