Why do we worry? For me, it just comes naturally. My parents were worriers. My mind goes back to final days before Mom’s death. She was recovering from lung cancer surgery, and we were making important decisions. Plans for Dad to enter assisted living were finalized.

New TxDOT project includes Castro

Hegar distributes $1B in sales tax revenue

Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced he will send cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose districts $1.03 billion in local sales tax allocations for June, 2 percent more than in June 2022. These allocations are based on sales made in April by businesses that report tax monthly.
