Wanda Murdock, daughter of William H. Felder and Nellie Anderson Felder, was born in Lockney, Texas on April 11, 1937, and departed this life Oct. 12, 2022, in Amarillo, Texas, at the age of 85. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, Oct. 17, at 10:30 a.m.

Sue Strickland, 67 of Amarillo, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022. Services will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, at Crossroads Country Church with the Rev. Bob Miller and nephew, Matt Bales, officiating. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Toby Gerber, daughter of Albert Schulte and Anna (Hoffman) Schulte, was born in Hereford, Texas on Jan. 17, 1939, and departed this life Sept. 23, 2022, in Canyon, Texas, at the age of 83 years. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Sept. 30, at 2 p.m.

Ruth Marie Williams Wayland, 80, entered the place that Jesus made for her on the evening of Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022. She was born on Oct. 20, 1941, in Macomb, Illinois.

Bryce Dowell

Bryce Dowell, 85, went home to be with his Lord on Sept. 21, 2022, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on Feb. 3, 1937, in Dimmitt Texas to Lester Herbert and Mary Estel (Foster) Dowell. Bryce graduated from Dimmitt High School and married his high school sweetheart Darlene Carpenter.

Nazareth, Texas, passed away on Sept. 18, 2022, in Amarillo. Funeral Mass for Mr. Acker will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 24, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Nazareth, with Father Bashkar Audusupalli, officiating and Deacons Bob Birkenfeld and Joe Hochstein assisting.
