Carolyn Sides, daughter of George A. Bagwell and Ruby Lois (McClung) Bagwell, was born in Dimmitt, Texas on Feb. 29, 1936, and grew up in the Bethel community, and departed this life March 5, 2023, in Dimmitt, at the age of 87 years.

Hopping

Teresa Hopping was called home to our Lord and Savior on Feb. 11, 2023, in Lubbock, Texas surrounded by her loving family. Teresa Ann Hopping was born Aug. 11, 1961, to John Lantz and Carol Gunter Lantz in Amarillo, Texas. Teresa grew up in Dimmitt, Texas, and graduated in 1979.

Joy Grand, 90 of Dimmitt, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023, in Dimmitt. Arrangements and Cremation Services have been entrusted to Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt. There are no services scheduled currently.

Rafaela Enriquez, 83 of Dimmitt, Texas, passed away on Friday, Feb. 10, 2023, in Plainview, Texas surrounded by her loving family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m. with the Rev.

Johnny Gonzales, 58 of Dimmitt, Texas, passed away on Jan. 23, 2023, after several health complications. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, Jan. 28, at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the Rev. Arockiaraj Malapady and Deacon John Nino as celebrants.

Godfrey

Ted Godfrey, 85, of Lubbock, Texas formerly of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, in Plainview. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 2:00PM in the Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the care of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt.

Anna D. Gibbs, 98 of Dimmitt, Texas, passed away on Friday, Jan. 13, 2023, in Dimmitt. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023, at 2 p.m. at the Fourth & Bedford Church of Christ with Bernie King officiating.

Maria Rodriguez, 55 of Dimmitt Texas, passed away on Friday, Jan. 6, 2023, at her home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Jan. 13, at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Arockiaraj Malapady, Deacon John Nino and Deacon Richard Martinez as celebrants.

Wassom

On Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022, Doyle L Wassom, a beloved father, passed away. He was 81 years old. Born to Helen Mae Wassom and Calvin White Wassom, Doyle graduated from Bovina High school. He began his career with the Texas State Highway Department shortly after graduation in Bovina Texas.

Pauline Adams, 94 of Hereford, Texas, formerly of the Easter Community, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022, in Hereford. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 31, at 1 p.m. at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ron Muller officiating.
