Jerry Watts, 79, passed away on Feb. 1, 2022. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 3, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the fellowship hall at the First Baptist Church in Dimmitt. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia.

John Allen Woodson, 78 of Dimmitt, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2022. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 5, at 2 p.m. in the Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Kris Knippa officiating. Local arrangements have been entrusted to Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt.

Debra Kay Lopez, 66, of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, in Littlefield, Texas. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, Jan. 28, at 1 p.m. in the Abundant Life Family Church in Dimmitt, with the Rev. Tom Mullins officiating.

Hastings

Emma Lou Hastings died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022, in her home in Grand Junction, Colorado. Emma Lou was born to Dixie and Gordon Bradley on a farm near Sunnyside, Texas on Sept. 10, 1928. She was the fourth of six children.

Diann Leatherwood, 75 of Dimmitt, Texas, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, in Lubbock, Texas. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, Jan. 28, at 10:30 a.m. at the Fourth & Bedford Church of Christ with Dr. Jonathan Sullivan officiating.

Tony Ray Gabel, 79, died Nov. 21, in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Tony was born in Lamesa, Texas, on March 17, 1942, to George and Doris Gabel. He was the oldest of four siblings.

Lynette Rials, 74 of Dimmitt, Texas, passed away from this earth and entered her heavenly gates on Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021, in Arlington, Texas. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, Dec. 31 at 10 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Dimmitt with Dr. Jonathan Sullivan officiating.
