This 4-class series is intended for those who want to learn more about how to prevent chronic disease, specifically diabetes and obesity, through nutrition practices.

Fish Donation to Sheffy Park

Zach and Sheri Smith donated a 1-acre package of fish to restore the lake at Sheffy Park in June. The package included 750 Bluegill, 200 Bass, 10 pounds of minnows, 200 Redear, 100 hybrid Bluegill and 300 Castfish. They also threw in Koi and some bull frog tadpoles that will eventually curb some mosquitoes. Zach and Sheri Smith, Alee Christian, City Councilman Scott Sheffy, and City Manager Daniel Jackson met at the lake to dump the fish in.

Supreme Court rules NCAA violated antitrust laws
